Bangshun Studio Privacy

This policy applies to the following mobile games (the “Apps”) published by Bangshun Studio, operated by Beijing Bangshun Information Consulting Services Co., Ltd, Beijing, China.

Data we collect

The Apps are designed to work fully offline.

No account is required. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information.
Game progress — saves, statistics, achievements and settings — is stored locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to us, and it is removed when you uninstall the App.
No analytics SDKs are included in the Apps.
Advertising identifier. In Apps that display ads (see below), the ad SDKs read the Android Advertising ID and basic device and network information. We do not receive your name, email address or any other personally identifiable information.

Advertising

Not every App shows ads. As of version 1.1.0:

Sudoku Plus, Solitaire Pack, BrainQuest Daily and Branching Tales — no ads

In an App that shows ads, we use TopOn (AnyThink) as the mediation platform and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) as an ad network. Those SDKs collect and process:

your Android Advertising ID — a resettable identifier, not tied to your name;
coarse device information (model, operating system version, language, country) and network type;
ad interaction events — when an ad was requested, shown, clicked or completed.

They use this to select which ad to show, to avoid repeating the same ad, to detect invalid traffic, and to measure and pay for ad performance. Each SDK processes that data under its own privacy policy: TopOn and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle). Data sent to these SDKs is transmitted over encrypted connections.

How to limit ad tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID. Deleting it stops personalized ads; you will still see ads, but non-personalized ones. Where required by law — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK — consent is requested before personalized ads are served, and you may decline.

The Apps listed above as having no ads contain no advertising SDK, read no advertising identifier and send no data to any ad network.

Children

The Apps are general-audience games and do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Permissions

Apps without ads request no Android permissions at all. They make no network requests and function entirely offline.

An App that displays ads declares only what the ad SDKs need:

INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE — to request ads, and to avoid requesting video ads on a metered connection;
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — to read the advertising ID.

No App requests location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, phone or any other sensitive permission. Gameplay itself remains fully offline: nothing about how you play is uploaded.

Data deletion

All locally stored data can be removed at any time by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the App.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Apps evolve — for example when an advertising or analytics SDK is added. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
